Kretaraki Meli Honey Liqueur

Kretaraki Meli is what is lovingly known on the island of Crete as "Rakomelo." This liqueur is made from the grape based spirit of Tsikoudia, and combined with distilled water, local honey and a blend of local spices, and caramel.
